Athletes can train as hard as they like but if their technique is incorrect, they will struggle to progress past a certain point and could end up with injuries that could have easily been avoided. It is hard for an athlete to correct technique themselves, as they can often fall into 'bad habits', believing they aren't doing anything wrong.
Therefore, I can offer technical coaching via video analysis, alongside online coaching. This will be available in all three sports of swim, bike and run. You will need to simply record yourself in any of these sports, preferably from different angles (such as front on, side on, etc.) and forward that onto myself. I will then spend some time analysing your technique, which I can feed back to you over a video call. I will use the analysis package Kinovea (where required) to look to at your technique, from leg imbalances on the bike, foot landing on the run, to where your arm position is in relation to the centre line of your body in swimming. These are just a few of the examples of technical aspects of the sport I can analyse and discuss with you.
